Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Delays may occur during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to courier issues beyond our control.
We offer returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing proof or images. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Customized, installed, or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed after product inspection.
